Canada Council for the Arts: Killam Research Fellowships
The objective of the Killam Research Fellowship is to provide release time from teaching and administrative duties to scholars of exceptional ability, who are engaged in research projects of broad significance and widespread interest. The Fellowships support scholars conducting research in any of the following fields: humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, health sciences, engineering, or studies linking any of the disciplines within these fields.
All applications require Department and Faculty endorsement.
There will be an information session on Killam Research Fellowships and Killam Prizes on March 29, 2017 from 10:30 to 11:30am, in the Great Hall of the University Club, presented by Luiza Pereira, Program Officer for Prizes, Canada Council for the Arts.

$70,000 per year for 2 years
Notify ROADS of intent to apply by April 1, 2017. The draft application is due to ROADS by April 18, 2017. The final application is due to ROADS by May 8, 2017. The Canada Council for the Arts application deadline is May 15, 2017.
