Registration Deadline - February 1, 2013

Researchers may now register for the March 2013 Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Open Operating Grant Program competition.  

 

The CIHR Open Operating Grant Program provides operating funds to support research proposals in all areas of health research including randomized controlled trials. Additional information about the March 2013 CIHR Open Operating Grant competition can be found on the CIHR website at: https://www.researchnet-recherchenet.ca/rnr16/vwOpprtntyDtls.do?prog=1547&view=currentOpps&org=CIHR&type=AND&r

 

If you plan to apply to the March 2013 Open Operating Grant competition, you must first register online using ResearchNet . The registration deadline is 8:00pm February 1, 2013. The full application deadline is 8:00pm March 1, 2013. Full applications received from candidates who have not registered will not be considered by CIHR.

Information Session -

Health Research Services in the Faculty of Health Sciences will be hosting an information session for all potential applicants to the CIHR Spring 2013 Open Operating Grants competition. 

The information session will provide researchers with the latest information from CIHR on recent policy changes, electronic application and approval processes, as well as upcoming changes to the suite of CIHR programs.  CIHR peer review panel members will explain what they expect when reviewing grant proposals and be available to answer your questions.
