Registration Deadline - February 1, 2013

Full Application Deadline - March 1, 2013

 

Researchers may now register for the March 2013 Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Open Operating Grant Program competition.  

 

The CIHR Open Operating Grant Program provides operating funds to support research proposals in all areas of health research including randomized controlled trials. If you plan to apply to the March 2013 Open Operating Grant competition, you must first register online using ResearchNet . The registration deadline is 8:00pm February 1, 2013. The full application deadline is 8:00pm March 1, 2013. Full applications received from candidates who have not registered will not be considered by CIHR.

Mini-information Session - January 29, 2013, 12:00-1:00pm,
Juravinski Cancer Centre
(JCC), 4th Floor Lecture Theatre:

Health Research Services in the Faculty of Health Sciences will be hosting a mini-information session for all potential applicants who were unable to attend the January 16 semi-annual CIHR Spring Open Operating Grants competition information session. 

The
mini-information session will provide researchers with the latest information from CIHR on recent policy changes, electronic application and approval processes, as well as upcoming changes to the suite of CIHR programs. 

 
Attendance is strongly recommended for anyone applying to CIHR for the March 1, 2013 Open Operating Grant Program competition.
